According to NHL insider Pierre LeBrun, a former Boston Bruins head coach is looking to return to the league.

Prior to his firing by the Bruins in 2017, Claude Julien was the longest-tenured head coach in the NHL.
He coached the club to the Stanley Cup Finals in 2011 and 2013, winning the Cup in 2011 in seven games over the Vancouver Canucks, for Boston's sixth title in franchise history.
Claude Julien was initially intended to be the head coach of Team Canada for the 2022 Beijing Olympics. Jeremy Colliton coached the first game while Julien recovered from fractured ribs from an on-ice injury.
Julien most previously was the head coach of the Montreal Canadiens from 2017 to 2021. In 1,275 games coached, he has a record of 667-455-10-152.
He won the Jack Adams Award for coach of the year in 2009.
