Bruins keep the good times rolling against the Canucks

The Boston Bruins finished a back-to-back weekend set Sunday night when they hosted the Vancouver Canucks at TD Garden.

The Bruins came out with their 11th win in 12 games to improve their record to a very impressive 14-2-0 and 9-0-0 at home, while the Canucks dropped their third straight game.

Both teams went 2 for 6 on the powerplay, as the Bruins let in their first shorthanded goal in the last 12 tries in this one. Boston outshot Vancouver 32 to 31 and won the game 5-2.

The game's three stars, Pastrnak, Lindholm and Ullmark, all continued their red-hot starts to the 2022-23 campaign. Pasta is now tied for third in the NHL points race (23), Lindholm is tied for third in defenseman scoring (17), and Ullmark is first in wins (10), and SV% (.939) and second in GAA (1.95).
