When Jeremy Swayman was sent to the Providence Bruins many felt that it should be seen as a demotion for the netminder, but one person who didn't view it that way, was Swayman himself. During yesterday's media availability Swayman was asked about how he handled the demotion.

Swayman was asked if, "it was a challenge at all going to Providence after playing well."

Swayman who is always a beacon of positive energy gave the perfect answer for a young goalie, "it think it was more of an opportunity to get better mentally, physically. Working on my game, I don't think, I don't want to make it a negative thing at all. I think there's a lot of positives that came out of it. I'm just so excited to be back up here with the team."

After this answer, Swayman was also asked about how he felt about the post game hug with teammate Linus Ullmark, which has become a ritual for the two after every victory.

"It was long overdue, it felt so good."

Swayman continues to show he possess not only the talents, but the mindset that it takes to be a number one goaltender both now and in the near future with the Bruins.
