The 23-year-old is on the verge of adding his name to a special list.
Not many goaltenders in Boston Bruins history have had the instant success between the pipes that Jeremy Swayman has shown.
The Bruins first-year netminder sits among the league's best in GAA (2.09) and save percentage (.925%), but it's his overall record that speaks volumes about his performances.
Sitting at 19-8-3, Swayman's next win will allow him to become just the seventh rookie goaltender in Bruins franchise history to reach the 20-win mark in a season.
He will be the first to do it since Tuukka Rask back in 2009-10, when the former Bruins netminder kicked off his career with 22 wins.
