Jake Debrusk has been out since his heroic two goal third period at the Winter Classic at Fenway.
Although the Bruins have went 12-4-1 in that stretch, DeBrusk's absence has been clearly noticed. Most notably, on the man advantage.
This afternoon, head coach Jim Montgomery announced great news regarding the forwards return. As per Conor Ryan of Boston.com:
'Montgomery: Jake DeBrusk will play tomorrow.''
The Islanders are in Boston Saturday evening for a 5 pm EST puck drop at TD Garden.
DeBrusk's return to the lineup should prove as an huge relief for the Bruins.
