Katie Gaudreau shared another heartbreaking post to brothers Matthew and Johnny Gaudreau
Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau's sister, Katie Gaudreau took to social media to share another heartbreaking post about her brothers following their passing.
On the day that was supposed to be Katie Gaudreau's best day of her life, turned out to be a nightmare she will never forget. Friday Katie was supposed to get married to her fiance Devin Joyce. The night before their wedding was supposed to take place, things took an unexpected turn for the Gaudreau family.
Last Thursday at 8:19 pm both Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau's lives were taken by a drunk driver.
Ultimately Katie and Devin decided to cancel the wedding for the time being.
Katie Gaudreau took to instagram today to share another heartbreaking post about her brothers:
Right in the middle of getting ready for the best day of my life the unthinkable happens that will change my life forever. I remember a week ago being in the hotel sitting with family and texting Devin about how we forgot to practice our dip. To think that was our biggest worry at this moment when in just a split second and a phone call later our lives would forever change.
Remember to tell your people you love them. I would do anything to tell my big brothers I love them one more time.
Still to this day, even though it's only been a week, the death of Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau do not feel real. Our thoughts and prayers remain with the Gaudreau family.
