The Boston Bruins acquired goaltender in March of 1988. Moog had split net minding duties with Grant Fuhr for the dynasty Edmonton Oilers teams. Although Moog won three Stanley Cups with Edmonton he rarely saw playing time during the playoffs. This frustrated the goaltender to a point where he sat out as a restricted free agent during the 1987-88 season. After sitting out most of the season Moog was dealt to the Boston Bruins in exchange for Bill Ranford.

Moog's name was often called by Bruins announcer,Fred Cusick, after coming up with a big save. Moog, Ray Bourque and Cam Neely were three big names for the Bruins in the early 1990's. Moog even helped the Bruins sweep the Montreal Canadiens for the first time in franchise history and he became known as a Canadien killer during his time in Boston.

Moog's mask design became iconic with the Bruins identity and has since been replicated by other Bruin goalies.

Although Moog never took home the Stanley Cup with the Bruins where does he rank on your all-time Bruins goalie lists?
