Maple Leafs shopping UFA rights of middle-six winger

NHL insider Elliotte Friedman has reported that the Toronto Maple Leafs have made the UFA rights of one of their forwards available for trade.
As per Friedman:
''Hearing TOR has notified teams the rights to Ilya Mikheyev are available if a team wishes to �jumpstart the process.� �' Ilya Mikheyev is a valuable top nine forward on any team in the NHL, with a high potential to crack the top six. The 27-year-old has elite skating speed and excels at killing penalties.
The Russian finished the 2021-22 season with 21 goals and 11 assists (4 short handed) in 53 games.
