The Bruins will try to end their two-game losing streak as they host the Columbus Blue Jackets tonight.
Patrice Bergeron, Torey Krug and Brad Marchand all had goals against the Jackets back in a 4-3 shootout loss on October 30.
The Blue Jackets come into tonight's alternating wins and losses over their last four games. Their last outing on Saturday was a 2-1 defeat at the Carolina Hurricanes. Even though they are just two points out of first place in the tight Metropolitan Division, they only six points from last place.
Bruce Cassidy will likely keep his same line combinations tonight. The top line has been rolling of late as David Pastrnak has at least one point in each of his last 11 games while Brad Marchand's point streak is up to eight games.
Defenseman Adam McQuaid will not make his return to the lineup tonight, but Cassidy did not rule him out for Tuesday night when the Buffalo Sabres come to town.
Tuukka Rask gets the start in goal tonight, which means we will likely see Anton Khudobin versus Buffalo tomorrow.
The Bruins have won seven of the last 11 games versus the Blue Jackets in Boston, outscoring them 33-27. They lead the all-time series with Columbus 15-7-0-3.
