It's easy to see how close this Boston Bruins team is with each other, especially guys that go way back like Patrice Bergeron, David Krejci and Brad Marchand.
Krejci will be the latest veteran to reach a personal milestone, as he's set to appear in NHL game number 1000 on Monday against the Flyers.
However, Marchand had some fun at the expense of Krejci's age on Saturday, as he shared a hilarious quote to Matt Porter of the Boston Globe:
'What??? I thought he hit that like 20 years ago. He's gotta be the oldest guy to ever do it. You ever seen an 80-year-old ...'
Krejci has appeared in 998 games, all with the Bruins, and has registered 226 goals and 535 assists. After one year off, the 36-year-old has 11 goals and 20 assists in 36 games this season.
