Boston lands among the league's powerhouses

Thanks to their recent hot streak, the Bruins are quickly climbing up the standings.
Boston had won five straight games before a last-minute loss to the Ducks ended the club's win streak on Tuesday.
The Bruins' record sits at 32-18-4 prior to tonight's game against Vegas, good for 7th in the Eastern Conference standings and giving the club a firm grip on the first playoff Wild Card spot.
With their solid play in recent weeks, the Bruins managed to climb up three spot in the latest NHL Power Rankings.
Coming in at the 13th spot in last week's Super 16, the Bruins have covered some ground since and climbed up the latest chart. Here are the NHL's latest Power Rankings ;
