Tim Thomas made one of the best saves of his amazing NHL career 12 years ago today.
On December 4th, 2010, the Boston Bruins were visiting the Toronto Maple Leafs in an Atlantic Division matchup. While tied 2-2 in overtime, Thomas made a massive glove save on defenseman Francois Beauchemin.
Even though the Leafs ended up winning in a shootout, Thomas easily had the highlight of the night and on of the ''Save of the Year'' for the 2010-11 season.
