The Boston Bruins will participate in a matinee today, as the Minnesota Wild will be visiting TD Garden for the only time this season.
The Bruins will be looking for payback after the Wild defeated them in both meetings last season, 3-2, on January 7th and 4-2 on March 17th. However, the two clubs are trending in opposite directions this season, as the Bruins are off to a 4-1-0 start, and the Wild have struggled to a 1-3-0 record early on.
Bruins' expected lineup:
Zacha-Bergeron-DeBrusk
Hall-Krejci-Pastrnak
Frederic-Coyle-Smith
Foligno-Nosek-Lauko
Lindholm-Grzelcyk
Forbort-Clifton
Reilly-Zboril
Ullmark
Head coach Jim Montgomery announced that Linus Ullmark will be making his second consecutive start, which is no surprise based on how the two goaltenders have started the season.
Puck drop is set for 1 pm EST, with a special ceremony including recently retired B's legend Zdeno Chara.
