Longtime Detroit Red Wings star Pavel Datsyuk is the best to ever play in the NHL, and he was referred to as "The Magic Man," and for good reason.
Datsyuk was a sixth-round (171st overall) pick by the Red Wings at the 1998 NHL Entry Draft but appeared in 953 career games with Detroit. He recorded 314 goals and 604 assists in those games and is a three-time Selke winner, four-time Lady Byng winner and a two-time Stanley Cup champion.
The Russian was known for his stellar two-way game and excellent hands, and with that comes a lot of highlights. Apparently, a majority of them came against the Nashville Predators, and for his birthday, the Red Wings made sure to troll their former division rivals a little.
