Seattle Kraken unveil first ever mascot (VIDEO)

The Seattle Kraken joined the NHL last season and, prior to their second year, decided to unveil their first-ever mascot, Buoy! Unfortunately, the mascot maybe didn't get as much love as they would have hoped.
Buoy is an 8-foot-tall troll inspired by the local Fremont Troll landmark in Seattle. The Kraken first unveiled Buoy with a five-minute-long video featuring forward Morgan Geekie and fans:
And then, live in person before last night's preseason matchup against the Vancouver Canucks, as Buoy was lowered from the rafters onto the ice at Climate Pledge Arena:
