Several NHL players take many different routes to live their hockey dreams.
And for Boston Bruins fans, they're hoping that's the case for the most recent player that was invited to join the team's rookies at the ''Prospects Challenge'' in Buffalo.
As per Mark Divver of the New England Hockey Journal and NHL.com:
''Undrafted '04 F Brayden Schuurman to play for @NHLBruins rookies at Prospects Challenge in Buffalo.
29-25-54 in 68 games for WHL Victoria last season.
Played for Canada at 2022 U18 World Championship''
The Buffalo Sabres will be hosting the Prospects Challenge from September 15th to the 19th at the LECOM Harborcenter, the practice facility for the Sabres.
Joining them will be rookies from the New Jersey Devils, Pittsburgh Penguins, Montreal Canadiens, Ottawa Senators and the Boston Bruins.
