Tampa Bay Lightning forward Brayden Point was injured in game seven of the first round matchup against the Toronto Maple Leafs.
He finally made a return for games one and two of the Stanley Cup Final and collected just one assist. Clearly not himself, Point hasn't played since.
Point was shown participating in this morning's optional skate:
However, head coach Jon Cooper had this to say this morning:
''If they don't feel confident in playing at the caliber they're used to, it almost works against them. It's unfortunate because it's a severe injury.''
Cooper has not ruled out Point for a potential game seven though.
