Updates on the injured Jeremy Swayman and Derek Forbort

The Boston Bruins lost two crucial players on November 1st against the Pittsburgh Penguins, defenseman Derek Forbort and goaltender Jeremy Swayman.
Since then, Forbort was placed on the long-term injured reserve (LTIR) after undergoing a procedure on a broken finger, and Swayman was placed on the normal injured reserve (IR) with a lower-body injury. The Bruins were back at practice Tuesday morning, and updates on the two injured players came with it.
Although he wasn't with the full team, Forbort skated for the first time prior to practice.
And as per Joe Haggerty of Boston Hockey Now, Swayman was a participant in the full-team practice:
''Jeremy Swayman as the third Bruins goalie practicing with Linus Ullmark and Keith Kinkaid today. Good news in his recovery from a lower body injury suffered a couple of weeks ago'' Jim Montgomery spoke to the media after practice regarding the two:
