After losing three straight to the Washington Capitals, St. Louis Blues, and Ottawa Senators, the Boston Bruins have rallied off two consecutive victories over the Pittsburgh Penguins and St. Louis Blues.

Charlie McAvoy had a one-on-one with Bruins content creator, Elaine Cavalieri, to discuss the team's improved defensive play. After giving up eleven goals in their three losses, the Bruins have given up just three goals in their last two games.

Most notably is the fact that Boston has been depleted on the backend, and with Matt Grezlcyk and Brandon Carlo returning, the defence has tightened up. Hampus Lindholm is also set to return soon, along with the club's hottest goaltender, Linus Ullmark. Although, Jeremy Swayman has been stellar in Ullmark's place in his last two starts.
