Patrice Bergeron given standing ovation from TD Garden crowd

Captain Patrice Bergeron recorded point number 1000 on Monday night when the Boston Bruins were visiting the Tampa Bay Lightning.
Today was their first game at TD Garden since the milestone, and Bergeron was given a standing ovation during a TV timeout while a video honouring him played on the JumboTron.
Even the Carolina Hurricanes bench stood and gave the Bruins captain stick taps. Check it out below:
