Washington Capitals make history with recent coaching move

The Washington Capitals have made NHL history with a recent coaching staff promotion within the organization.
On Thursday, the club announced they have promoted Emily Engel-Natzke to be the team's NHL video coordinator.
As per Sportsnet's Chris Johnston:
''Emily Engel-Natzke becomes the first woman to work full time on a NHL coaching staff after being hired as the Washington Capitals video coordinator.''
�'Engel-Natzke spent the last two seasons as video coach for the AHL's Hershey Bears.''
