After a teams Stanley Cup Playoffs are over a dominion effect of injuries is always to follow, highlighting the injuries abstained during the Playoffs.
A team that has seen better days is the Florida Panthers. Who after being smacked around by the Vegas Golden Knights in the Stanley Cup Final still have other concerns.
Paul Maurice says the Panthers new found star Matthew Tkachuk played through a broken sternum in game 4, which is what kept him out of a very important game 5.
Matthew Tkachuk after a career year out in Florida he continued his success in the playoffs with 24 points in 20 games. Which was top 3 tied with Golden Knight' Mark Stone who played two more games than Tkachuk. The 25-year-old was unfortunately flagged with injury like four of his teammates, which truly spoiled their chances at Lord Stanley.
