The Boston Bruins have two forwards who could hit career milestones soon. Power Forward, Trent Frederic, and forward Pavel Zacha could hit these as soon as the 31st against the Carolina Hurricanes.

Pavel Zacha is in his 3rd year with the Boston Bruins, which has seen him play 169 games in the spoked B. He's seen the ebbs and flows, under Jim Montgomery and has seen an increase of responsibilities as well.

This Bruins could end up hitting his 300th point in the NHL, should he score two points against the Carolina Hurricanes.

Zacha has played 555 games total in the NHL, split between the New Jersey Devils and Boston Bruins. He's tallied 298 points total(112 G, 186 A) in that time frame.

The Bruins have had a slow start to the season, which has seen top-six production stagnate.

In order for Zacha to eclipse 300 he'll have to find a way to generate some kind of offense on the 1st line. In the last ten games, he's only posted 3 points(1 G, 2 A).

Trent Frederic

Power-Forward Trent Frederic saw his production increase, and utilization increase under Head Coach Jim Montgomery.

The 29th overall draft pick in 2016, was struggling to find his place in the lineup until Montgomery arrived and has never let go.

As a mainstay in the Bruins lineup since 2020, he has played 289 games in the NHL all of them with the Boston Bruins.

In that timeframe, he's scored 97 points( 48 G, 49 A) with 545 hits, as a bruising power-forward.

The majority of his NHL career has seen him play in the bottom-six and he's recently found an offensive touch that was missing early in his career.

The 2016 first-rounder (No. 29) is still trying to carve out a regular role in the NHL as he approaches the prime of his career. Has yet to show anywhere near the offensive skills he exhibited at lower levels. Has the size (6'2") and skating ability to be an effective checking forward. Gets into trouble when he tries to be too fancy, rather than a straight-line physical player.

Could he figure out how to find the skills he flashed in the juniors to become the player he was drafted to be?
