A first look of Joonas Korpisalo with the Boston Bruins has been released
A first look of Joonas Korpisalo wearing his gear with the Boston Bruins has been released.
The Boston Bruins current starting goalie if the season were to begin today would more than likely be Joonas Korpisalo. The Bruins and Jeremy Swayman have still yet to sign a deal.
Don Sweeney stated earlier in the off-season that the Boston Bruins and Jeremy Swayman would have a deal in place by training camp. Training camp started two days ago and still nothing has been announced, and Swayman has not appeared in camp.
It sounds like the Boston Bruins and Swayman are no where near a deal, as Don Sweeney stated yesterday during his press conference that he is confident a deal will be done before the December 1st deadline, it looks like the Bruins may be starting the year off with a tandem of Korpisalo and Bussi.
With that being said, today was the first day the Boston Bruins hit the ice for a skate, and we finally got a look of Joonas Korpisalo rocking the Bruins gear for the first time.
It may not be the best first look, but we finally got a look of him rocking the B's gear.
