The Bruins themselves are no strangers to outdoor games, and played the Winter Classic in 2023 at Fenway Park, and one "unusual" game saw them play in Lake Tahoe in 2021.
They've faced off against the Chicago Blackhawks in 2019, and have yet to face a rival like the Panthers in this setting.
The event would be one of a kind for sure, especially for Sunrise which typically gets too hot for a game like this.
The Bruins record in the Winter Classic is impressive, as they've got a 3-1 record: Philadelphia Flyers(2010), Montreal Canadiens(2016), Chicago Blackhawks(2019), and the Pittsburgh Penguins(2023).
It would be exciting to see the B's get another chance to revisit the nostalgic era of old-time hockey, in a new place like Miami.
