Brad Marchand traded: Don Sweeney has just confirmed it for him
Don Sweeney has just confirmed if brad Marchand will be traded or stay apart of the Boston Bruins organization.
Yesterday the Boston Bruins held their exit interviews and general manager Don Sweeney opened up on Brad Marchand's time with the team going forward.
Brad Marchand is a well known and beloved figure with the Boston Bruins, helping them win a Stanley Cup in 2011, and has spent his whole career with the team. He currently is the captain after Patrice Bergeron called it a career last year.
Don Sweeney shared made an interesting statement about Brad Marchand's future with the Bruins going forward.

«He will be a lifelong Bruin.»
Don Sweeney confirmed that as long as Marchand wants to stay with the Bruins for the rest of his career he will.
This upcoming year will be the last on his contract. Marchand is 36 and is still producing well enough to keep playing in the NHL, but ultimately it's up to him if he wants to continue playing or not.
