BREAKING: How Bergeron and Krejci Played A Part In Lucic Returning To Boston

Patrice Bergeron, the seasoned veteran and leader of the Boston Bruins, played a significant role in the return of Milan Lucic to the team.

Lucic, a former Bruin who left the organization in 2015, revealed that he sought advice from Bergeron and David Krejci before making his decision.

In an interview on NESN's "NHL Free Agency Special," Lucic expressed his gratitude for their guidance, stating, "I actually talked to (Krejci and Bergeron) a lot before making this decision to come back. I asked them how things are, how things have changed and what to look forward to in terms of being a Bruin again."

 

Bergeron's presence and insight undoubtedly influenced Lucic's decision to return, showcasing the strong bond and camaraderie within the Bruins' organization. As the team welcomes back Lucic, they can credit Bergeron for playing a pivotal role in the reunion.
