The Boston Bruins prospect pool is filled with extremely young talent.
As the Providence Bruins (44-18-8) proved that, finishing first in the Atlantic and third in the entire league. Unfortunately having the same misfortune in the Playoffs as the B's up in Boston.
Now with both the teams seasons over, it's time to look at who can really make a shift and possibly be up in the NHL come next fall.
In the Providence Bears' Random Goal of The Week, centerman Oskar Steen was featured, scoring off a beautiful wrist shot right in the slot.
The 25-year-old has shown an immense amount of potential. Oskar Steen, in past two seasons with Providence, he honed 29 goals with 66 points 108 games played. Not bad numbers at all for the 2016, 6th round, 14th overall draft pick (165).
The young center had a short stint with the Bruins in 2021-22, playing in 20 games putting up 2 goals, 4 assists for a total of 6 points. Steen, is still looking for the true «breakout» season, which may be just right around the corner.
