The Bruins prospects will have to wait for their turn to play in the NHL.
It's safe to say that Sweeney's drafting has been pretty mediocre the past couple of years, but Boston hasn't had any top pick in a long time. So, their prospect pool ranks very low.
Boston has been signing a lot of players, which means they don't think their prospects are ready yet. Or they're signing all these guys to trade them for a better piece, because there are some things Sweeney needs to fill before next season.
Either way, don't expect to see many prospects this season. Boston is going into win now mode, which they should, because their prospect pool isn't very good.
