A Boston Bruins reporter has revealed that the organization might be set to move on from two prospects in Riley Tufte and Vinni Lettieri.

A report was made today that the Boston Bruins may be ready to move on from two prospects in the Bruins organization due to them not having a future with the organization.

A question was asked on social media today, and the Bruins reporter asked why Poitras was not playing on a line with Lysell down in the American Hockey League as they were preparing for a game. In the same post the reporter ended up stating both Lettieri and Tufte don't have a future with the Bruins organization.

Here are the lines he was questioning with the Providence Bruins tonight:

Jones-Merkulov-Lysell
Tufte-Poitras-Lettieri

I have a question. Isn't this a good time to play Poitras with Lysell and develop some chemistry? Tufte and Lettieri have ZEROOOOO future with the #NHLBruins
I mean, what are we doing here? #GetBent

The Boston Bruins acquired Vinni Lettieri in the off-season in a trade with the Minnesota Wild in exchange for Jakub Lauko.

Since being acquired he has appeared in 12 games for the Providence Bruins, and has not appeared in any NHL games.

For Tufte, he was signed by the Boston Bruins in the off-season as a free agent, and originally started the season off with the Bruins appearing in 2 games, but would ultimately get placed waivers by the Boston Bruins.

Since being placed on waivers by the Bruins and not being claimed he was assigned to Providence, and has appeared in 6 games since.

There is a chance the Bruins could try and trade both of them to acquire some picks giving them more organizational depth.
