Boston Bruins star player embarrassed himself after wiping out on a breakaway and not even getting a shot off.
Jim Montgomery made some big roster changes heading into their game against the Nashville Predators. Montgomery made complete changes to the Boston Bruins top-nine, the only line he didn't touch was the fourth line.
The Bruins top line has easily been the Bruins best line so far throughout the Bruins first six games, but ultimately the Bruins were held off of the scoresheet against the Nashville Predators, who heading into the game have yet to win a game, having a record of 0-4.
Here are the new lines the Bruins were running for their game:
#Bruins AM lines, D pairs, goalies:
Marchand-Lindholm-Pastrnak
Jones-Coyle-Frederic
Zacha-Poitras-Geekie
Beecher-Kastelic-Koepke
Brazeau, Tufte
McAvoy-Lindholm
Zadorov-Carlo
Peeke-Lohrei
Wotherspoon
Swayman
Korpisalo
During the game, Bruins star David Pastrnak embarrassed himself after having a clean breakaway, Pastrnak absolutely wiped out and didn't even get a shot off on goal, take a look:
This was early enough into the game, and could have had a different outcome if Pastrnak could have scored on this opportunity.
The Boston Bruins handed the Predators their first win of the year, as they ended up losing the game 4-0.
