They released the NHL Network's list of Top Ten Goalies in the NHL, of which Swayman and Ullmark are listed in questionable places. Murphy and McGuire have published the list, and it's a hot-take for sure.
The NHL Network ranked Jeremy Swayman 4th overall in the NHL, below Andrei Vasilevskyi, Connor Hellebuyck, and Igor Shesterkin.
This isn't a terrible ranking for Swayman but considering the season Vasilevskyi had in 2023-2024 you'd think Sway would be ranked higher, and as he was backed by a better team than the Lightning, it seems kind of suspect.
Likewise, with former Vezina Trophy winner and beloved ex-Bruins goalie, Linus Ullmark.
Ullmark came in at ten, ten for a former Vezina Trophy goalie, who had a consistent record of production in 2023-2024.
The list is absolutely bonkers, as they have placed Thatcher Demko, Juuse Saros, and Ilya Sorkin above Ullmark.
Ullmark played 40 games for the Bruins in 2023-2024 with a 22-10-7 record, 2 shutouts, 2.57 GAA, and a .915 save percentage in the regular season.
Swayman played 44 games for the Bruins, with a 25-10-8 record, 8 shutouts, 2.53 GAA, and a .916 save percentage.
This list is very... questionable already.
