David Pastrnak Scores His 50th of the Season

Despite being one of the best pure goal-scorers since breaking into the NHL, David Pastrnak has yet to hit the 50 goal mark in a season, until now that is.

After matching his career-high of 49 on Thursday against the Canadiens, the Bruins winger put himself in some elite hockey company this afternoon against the Hurricanes.

Pasta, 26, is up to 50 goals and 46 assists through 73 games, also setting a new single season high in points with 96.
