NHL insider Elliotte Friedman just revealed some game changing injury news ahead of the Boston Bruins rematch with the Ottawa Senators.

The Boston Bruins are gearing up to face a divisional rival in the Ottawa Senators again tonight after losing their previous meeting 6-5 to the Senators in a shootout, and Elliotte Friedman just revealed some big game changing injury news ahead of the game.

Elliotte Friedman revealed that during the Ottawa Senators previous game against the New York Rangers, Josh Norris ended up leaving the game, and he will not be available tonight or for the rest of the weekend.

Some injury updates today:
Jets say Adam Lowry, who fell into the boards Monday night, is out "week-to-week."
Josh Norris, injured last night, won't play this weekend
Valeri Nichushkin -- who hasn't played since New Year's Eve -- is week-to-week.

According to Sportsnet, Josh Norris left the game for precautionary reasons and did not return. It was later revealed that he will miss their next three games with an upper-body injury.

During their game against the New York Rangers, Norris only played a total of 3:47 ice time, when he is use to averaging 18:28 of ice time per game.

This season, Norris has been pretty solid for the Senators. In 47 game appearances he has a total of 17 goals, 10 assists for 27 points.

The Boston Bruins are looking for revenge tonight against the Senators, and are looking to get back into the win column after losing last night to the New Jersey Devils 5-1.
