The Boston Bruins recently unveiled their commemorative Centennial jerseys, to be worn during the club's 100th year in 2023-24.
Not only are uniforms changing but with new sweaters come other new things, one being goalie setups.
When a team wears a special or new jersey, goalies are left to their own devices, being able to support new setups.
Linus Ullmark is no exception, as we have seen him rocking brown and yellow Bruins' Bauer gear. The look is a call back to older netminders, when they would wear leather pads and gloves that were mainly brown. Which, when worn, now gives an old school look to a goalie's appearance.
On the blocker of Linus Ullmark, there is a dark impression of text that reads «Bruins 100» and on his pads, the Bruins' centennial alternate logo is present at the top.
