During the latest episode of the Cam and Strict podcast, Florida Panthers superstar Tkachuk describes how the fight between himself and Bruins star Pastrnak unfolded.

He describes how at the end of Game 2 in the Stanley Cup Finals how the Bruins in his view were behaving he skated over to the referees to talk and then Pastrnak skated over. Tkachuk told Pastrnak if the Bruins stop behaving like idiots that he would go after him.

After some debate between the two players and their coaches, everyone agreed that a fight would happen and that's exactly what happened to which both guys Picked themselves up and skated off the ice to finish the game.

This series had plenty of lead up in stories as both teams clashed the year before with the Bruins up 3-1 in the series to lose to the Panthers in seven games where they went to the Stanley Cup finals in 2023.

This series will likely spark some fireworks this coming year as the Bruins have made several changes to their team including the addition of Nikita Zadorov formerly of the Vancouver Canucks. Players of his size and style will certainly make Matthew Tkachuk understand that there will be some answering to any challenges that come from the Panthers.
