The Boston Bruins were back on the ice this morning after a back-to-back weekend set, and with it, came some important updates regarding injured players.

Taylor Hall, Nick Foligno (both knee) and Derek Forbort (foot) have all missed significant time, while Patrice Bergeron, Brad Marchand and Hampus Lindholm were all held out of Sunday's game due to nagging injuries, while rookie Jakub Lauko sustained an upper-body injury in that contest.

Updates From Morning Skate

Practice on Tuesday morning brought some positive news for the team and their fanbase, as several have reported that all injured Bruins are skating (minus Lauko and Forbort). Per WEEI's Scott McLaughlin:

''Bergeron, Marchand and Lindholm are all on the ice for morning skate today after missing Sunday's game.

Foligno joins Hall in a no-contact jersey. First time he's skated with the main group.

No Lauko, who was banged up Sunday. Steen is still here.''

It's huge news that veteran Foligno is now back on the ice and skating with Hall, despite it being in non-contact sweaters. No surprise that Forbort is still not on the ice and Lauko seemed to hurt his lower-back Sunday afternoon in Raleigh.

Another good sign is that Bergeron, Marchand and Lindholm are projected to be back in the lineup tonight based on morning rushes. The Bruins host the Nashville Predators for a 7 pm EST puck drop at TD Garden tonight.
