With the Boston Bruins restrained due to cap issues, it will be hard for GM Don Sweeney to resign everyone.

Meaning, pending free agents like Dmitry Orlov and Tyler Bertuzzi have elected to seek free agency - due to the Bruins not be able to sign either off them with cap restraints.

Reportedly from Frank Seravalli of The Daily Faceoff, Dmitry Orlov is the highest rated pending free agent and is going to earn the highest AAV of any of any other player who is set to hit the open market.

Dmitry Orlov scored four goals for a total of 17 points after his arrival from the Washington Capitals, with 8 assists in the seven postseason games.

It is unknown how this off-season will play out for the Boston Bruins but there will definitely be a lot in store.
