A prospect has been cut from the Boston Bruins roster today, moments before their game against the Pittsburgh Penguins.

The Boston Bruins are gearing up for their first rookie game at the prospect challenge in Buffalo today, and just moments before their game against the Pittsburgh Penguins they have cut a player from their roster.

It was just announced that goaltender Keegan Warren, who was invited to attend the Bruins rookie camp did not pass his physical, meaning he will not be playing in the Prospect Challenge.

Word is that goalie Keegan Warren (Moncton QMJHL), a free-agent invite to Bruins rookie camp, didn't pass his physical. He won't play in the Prospects Challenge

The Boston Bruins are also without Brandon Bussi, it is believed they are holding him out so he can fight for a chance to make the opening lineup for the Boston Bruins once training camp begins.
