The Boston Bruins Have Issued A Surprise Statement
Wednesday evening marks the debut of a new era in Boston's women's hockey as PWHL Boston kicks off its inaugural season against Minnesota at Tsongas Center in Lowell, Mass.
The highly anticipated clash, started at 7 p.m. ET, and was streamed on NESN.
Leading up to this historic opener, PWHL Boston received warm wishes from local pro sports giants, the Boston Bruins and the New England Patriots, expressing support via official social media channels.
Notably, PWHL Boston will enjoy its first two games at home before embarking on its away journey. After the Wednesday opener, the team is set to face Ottawa on Monday.
