Nathan Beaulieu knocks out KHL's tough guy in a massive pre-season scrap

Nathan Beaulieu a former NHL player was just involved in a big fight during a pre-season game and knocked out one of the tougher players in the KHL.

Nathan Beaulieu spent 11 years in the NHL before going overseas to Russia to continue playing professional hockey in the KHL. During his time in the NHL he played for 4 different organizations including the Montreal Canadiens, Winnipeg Jets, Buffalo Sabres and the Anaheim Ducks.

During a pre-season game, Nathan Beaulieu dropped the gloves with one of the tougher guys in the league, Mark Verba, and it was clear that Beaulieu got the best of him as he quickly put him to sleep.

A video surfaced on social media and has taken off, take a look:

Nathan Beaulieu is known not to shy away from fights, and in this case he didn't either, and there is a good chance that Verba will not want to fight him again.

Beaulieu is heading into his first season apart of the KHL, and many wonder if one day he will be back in the NHL.
