The Boston Bruins are gearing up for their Stanley Cup Finals matchup against the St. Louis Blues.
The two teams are riding two of the hottest goalies in the playoffs with Tuukka Rask putting together an incredible performance so far and Blues' goalie Jordan Binnington coming out of nowhere and being a big part of their success.
Luckily for the Bruins, they might have some great insider information on Binnington.
The Blues 25 year old goalie played for the Providence Bruins during the 2017-18 season because St. Louis had no AHL affiliate.
While some players have some experience with Binnington in Providence, Connor Clifton by far has the most. Clifton played the full season in Providence last year along with great info from Providence head coach Jay Leach and organizational goalie coach Bob Essensa.
This could end up being a huge advantage to the Bruins who probably have loads of video tape on the goalie.
