A decision has been made on the driver who killed the Gaudreau brothers
A decision has been made on the driver who killed both Johnny Gaudreau and Matthew Gaudreau.
Today marks one week since the Gaudreau brothers were killed by Sean Higgins. When Higgins first appeared in court he showed no remorse for the Gaudreau brothers by being pissed off when told he would remain in custody for a week.
Well today the judge made an official ruling on whether Higgins would be let go or remain in custody, and it didn't go as he planned.
Higgins was hoping to be let go from custody today, instead the judge made the decision that Higgins would remain in jail until September 13th.
This decision was made so that it would give his attorney and the court more time to file for additional documents.
Sean Higgins could face up to 20 years behind bars, after two counts of vehicular homicide.
Do you think Sean Higgins deserves to face a longer-term than 20 years?
