The Boston Bruins suffered a tough loss on Wednesday night as they lost Game 2, and they suffered an even bigger loss for the roster.
Defenseman Matt Grzelcyk was hit from behind by St. Louis Blues' forwardOskar Sundqvist.
There's no question, the hit by Sundqvist was from behind and dirty and he'll have a hearing for it with the NHL Department of Player Safety.
"He got hit from behind, that's what was called," head coach Cassidysaid after the game."His head got driven into the glass, so he went to the hospital toget some tests and never returned, obviously."
On Thursday, Cassidy gave another update and told reporters that Grzelcyk won't travel with the team to St. Louis and his status for the rest of the series is in question.
It's bad news for the Bruins' as they're also missing KevanMiller.
