The Boston Bruins started training cap without two familiar faces this week because of contract situations.�
Restricted free agents Charlie McAvoy and Brandon Carlo remained away from camp without a contract.�
That all changed on Sunday as TSN's Bob McKenzie reports that the Bruins and McAvoy have agreed on a new contract.�
According to McKenzie it's a three year deal that will see him earn an AAV of $4.9million a season.�
Great news as camp will really start to pick up this week.�
