BREAKING Don Sweeney Nominated For GM Of The Year Award.

"The Boston Bruins could possibly be on their way to the Stanley Cup Finals after tonight and some credit has to be given to the roster mastermind. General manager Don Sweeney has received some slack over the last couple of years but he's definitely kept a competitive group in tact and is getting recognition for it. The NHL announced their GM of the Year nominees on Thursday night and Sweeney along with Doug Armstrong of the St. Louis Blues and Don Waddell of the Carolina Hurricanes have been chosen as the nominees. All three GM's teams have reached the Conference Finals.
