Head coach Jim Montgomery has just announced that defenseman Hampus Lindholm is out for today's matinee in Detroit.
'' Lindholm is out, Forbort is going in...Lindholm blocked a shot yesterday and his foot is swollen so we aren't going to play him today...he'll play in Chicago.''

The good news is that it sounds more precautionary as Montgomery already shared that Lindholm will play on Tuesday in Chicago.
