Hockey Star Suddenly Dies at The Age of 44
The hockey community mourns the tragic loss of veteran Russian forward Dmitri Tarasov, who passed away at the age of 44.
Tarasov had an impressive career spanning 17 seasons in the Russian Super League and KHL, primarily with Amur Khabarovsk, where he served as captain. With 225 points in 644 regular season games, including 88 goals and 137 assists, Tarasov's contributions were significant.
"Yesterday in Khabarovsk, a pupil of the Khabarovsk 'Amur', the club's leader in the national championships in terms of the number of matches played and the champion of Russia in the 'Salavat Yulaev' Dmitry Tarasov, suddenly died.
