Details about the speed and alcohol level of the driver who killed the Gaudreau Brothers has been revealed

The alcohol levels and speed of Sean Higgins, the driver who killed the Gaudreau brothers, has now been revealed to the public.

Sean Higgins took the lives of both Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau after attempting to overtake a vehicle on the shoulder of a road, and ended up hitting both Gaudreau brothers, taking their lives.

Higgins is facing two counts of vehicular homicide.

Sean Higgins had an appearance in court today, and had the hopes of being released, but things went sideways for him. The court denied his bail and he will now be in custody until October 15th.

The Columbus Dispatch revealed that Higgins blood alcohol level was .87 about the legal limit of .08.

TMZ reported that following the judges decision in court today, Higgins broke into tears.

Now we wait for his next court appearance which will happen in October.
