Boston Bruins prospects Fabian Lysell and Dans Locmelis faced off in quarterfinal action on Wednesday, with Sweden coming out on top of Latvia with a 2-1 victory.
Lysell has had a very strong World Juniors tournament with 1 goal and 4 assists in 5 games, highlighted by his extremely sharp angle goal against Austria in preliminary round action.
The Bruins prospect spoke to the media on his team's tournament so far, after they barely got by the underdog Latvians in the quarterfinal.
''I feel like we still have more to give. I have a good feeling about the team.''
Lysell and Sweden gear up for semifinal action against one of their oldest rivals, Team Finland, tonight at 8 pm EST in Edmonton, Alberta.
